Rebag retail locations accept returns within our policy. Returns must be completed within 48 hours of receiving the item & original tags must still be on the bag. The original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable. A refund will be issued to you at the time of your return in store and you will see the refund reflected in 3-5 business days.
*For your convenience, you also have the option to request a pre-paid UPS shipping label for your return if you are unable to bring the item to one of our stores. If you prefer to ship your return, please reply requesting a return label in order for us to provide you with a pre-paid UPS shipping label.
Please note, for orders below $4000, there is a $20 shipping and processing charge for shipped return orders. For shipped return orders above $4000, there is a $60 shipping and processing charge. This charge will be deducted from the total refund amount.
