Rebag retail locations don't accept returns in person. Returns must be requested online within 7 days of receiving the item & original tags must still be on the bag. The original outbound shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable. A refund will be issued to you after the package arrives to our warehouse and is processed. You will see the refund reflected within 10-15 business days from delivery of the return package.
You may request a Fedex return label directly from your rebag account under "purchases". For purchases made in person at our stores, you may request a return label online via chat or email and our customer service team will provide you with a pre-paid Fedex shipping label.
Shipment fees (if any) from Rebag to the customer will not be refunded.
