Rebag retail locations accept returns within our policy. Returns must be completed within 7 business days of receiving the item & original tags must still be on the bag. The original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable. A refund will be issued to you at the time of your return in store and you will see the refund reflected within 10-15 business days.
Note: We do not accept returns for watches and jewelry in store that were purchased online. Watches and jewelry can be returned via our policy outlined here.
For your convenience, you also have the option to request a pre-paid UPS shipping label for your return if you are unable to bring the item to one of our stores. If you prefer to ship your return, please contact us requesting a return label in order for us to provide you with a pre-paid UPS shipping label.
Shipment fees (if any) from Rebag to the customer will not be refunded. If returned online, you will be charged $20 for each return shipping label being used.
