Once an order has been processed and shipped, Rebag cannot edit the shipping address. However, you can contact the carrier to see if they can make edits on their end. Please note that all of our shipments are shipped via UPS with Signature Required unless the address is a PO Box which will be shipped via USPS. You may make changes to the delivery by creating a free UPS My Choice Account HERE. You can choose to have the package rerouted, rescheduled for another delivery date, or pick up the package at a nearby location.
