Transferring Seller Funds to a bank account typically completes in 1 business day, but it can take up to 5 days depending on your bank’s clearing process. So, it still may take your bank 3 to 5 business days from the point we show it as "Cashed Out" for your bank to make the money available in your account.
If the money you withdrew doesn't appear on your bank account within 5 business days, your bank may have encountered a problem during processing. In most cases, withdrawals fail because the bank account information you’ve entered doesn’t match the information your bank has on file. When we receive notice of a bank transfer failure, we will deposit the cash back into your Rebag Wallet and notify you via email that your bank transfer was not processed successfully.
Check with your bank that all the completed bank details are up to date. If necessary, remove your bank account, then add it again with the correct details. Also make sure that your bank account allows electronic transfers and that it is in the currency of your country of residence. Your can update your bank account and routing information in the payments section of your account.
