If a buyer requests a return before the sale is finalized, the sale may be canceled and your item will be relisted for sale.
After your item sells, there is a 15–25 day pending period during which the buyer can complete or cancel the purchase. During this time, your proceeds are not yet finalized.
Once the pending period has passed and your proceeds are deposited into your Rebag Wallet and the sale is considered final. At that point:
Your payout is guaranteed
The proceeds are yours permanently
Rebag assumes responsibility for handling any buyer returns or issues
You will not be charged back or have funds removed from your wallet after the sale is finalized.
