100% of membership contributions are converted to R+ Credit. If that credit is not used toward a purchase, it can be refunded at any time. Simply go to My Account → Wallet → Rebag+ → Manage Membership, and select Request a Refund.
When you proceed with the refund process:
- You will be refunded for all of the remaining R+ Credit that was not used toward a purchase. There is no partial refund.
- Your membership will be canceled immediately.
- Your awarded R+ Bonus will be voided. It will not be refunded and you cannot apply it to a future purchase.
The refund will be made on every initial contribution charge on the credit card used for that charge.
