Rebag retail locations don't accept returns in person. Returns must be requested online within 7 days of receiving the item & original tags must still be on the bag. The original outbound shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable. A refund will be issued to you after the package arrives to our warehouse and is processed. You will see the refund reflected within 10 business days from delivery of the return package.
You may request a Fedex return label directly from your rebag account under "purchases". For purchases made in person at our stores, you may request a return label online via chat or email and our customer service team will provide you with a pre-paid Fedex shipping label.
Shipment fees (if any) from Rebag to the customer will not be refunded.
