Final Sale Return Protection is optional coverage available for eligible Final Sale items at checkout. When purchased, it allows eligible Final Sale items to be returned. Final Sale Return Protection is powered by Seel.
What Does Final Sale Return Protection Cover?
Final Sale Return Protection allows returns for eligible Final Sale items if:
- You changed your mind
- The item doesn't fit your needs or expectations
- You no longer want the item
Coverage applies only to eligible Final Sale items purchased with Return Protection.
Coverage Details
- Final Sale Return Protection must be purchased at checkout
- One fee covers all eligible Final Sale items in your order
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be shipped within 7 days of initiating the return
- Free return shipping is included
- Coverage is available when the subtotal of eligible Final Sale items in your order is up to $20,000. Eligibility is based on the final checkout value after discounts, promotions, credits, and other adjustments.
What Isn't Covered
Final Sale Return Protection does not cover:
- Lost, stolen, or damaged shipments
- Delivery delays
- Items that are not as described
- Authentication concerns
- Fraudulent transactions
These issues remain covered by Rebag's standard customer protection policies.
How Do I Submit a Claim?
- Return Protection must have been purchased at checkout.
- Initiate your return within 7 days of delivery using your email and order number here
- Ship the item using the prepaid return label shared by Seel within 7 days of initiating your return.
- Return the item in the same condition received, including all tags, accessories, and authenticity materials.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, Seel will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Returns are shipped directly to Seel for inspection. Once approved, refunds are typically issued by Seel within 1–2 business days after the returned item has been received and processed.
Can I Cancel Final Sale Return Protection?
Final Sale Return Protection may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the protection fee is non-refundable. Once a return claim has been initiated, Return Protection cannot be canceled or refunded.
What's the Difference Between Shipping Protection and Final Sale Return Protection?
Shipping Protection covers eligible shipment-related issues that occur while your order is in transit to you.
Final Sale Return Protection allows eligible Final Sale items to be returned for reasons such as changing your mind or no longer wanting the item. It must be purchased at checkout and is handled by Seel.
