After accepting your offer, kindly ship your items within 14 days by following the steps below:
- Print the prepaid FedEx shipping label that was emailed to you by Rebag.
- Pack your item safely in any plain shipping box and affix your prepaid label.
- Learn how to pack your item safely with tips from Fedex here.
- We recommend that you document the packaging process.
- Drop off your packaged item at a FedEx Ship Center or schedule a pick up at your home address. Please retain a copy of the drop off or pick up receipt.
- Find your local FedEx Ship Center here. Please note, we only accept shipments from Fedex-staffed locations (FedEx Ship Centers). We do not accept shipments from FedEx drop boxes, FedEx self-service lockers or FedEx locations at other retailers. or non FedEx operated and staffed locations.
- Alternatively, schedule a pickup of your packaged item by calling FedEx at 1-800-463-3339.
After you have shipped your packaged item, you can track it live on FedEx.com or via the FedEx app using the tracking number that was listed on your shipping label.

What accessories should I include?
Your quote is based only on the item itself, unless otherwise stated. The following accessories are not required and are not included in the quote:
Dust bags
Boxes or packaging (unless it’s for Hermès bags, fine jewelry, or watches.)
Authenticity cards
Care cards or booklets
Straps, charms, or detachable accessories not originally included with the item
If any accessories are required for your specific quote, this will be clearly indicated at the time of submission.
