Pickup lets you schedule a courier to collect your item from your address instead of dropping it off at a shipping location.
If Pickup is available for your order, you can select it during the Sell process after accepting your offer.
How much does Pickup cost?
Pickup costs $10 per request, no matter how many items are included in the shipment.
The fee is deducted from your payout, so no upfront payment is required.
When is the fee deducted?
The Pickup fee is deducted from your payout:
Buyout submissions: when your item is accepted and payment is issued
Consignment submissions: when your first item sells and payment is issued
How do I schedule a Pickup?
If available, you can choose Pickup during the shipping selection step in the Sell process. You’ll be able to select from available dates and time windows within the next few business days.
After scheduling, please:
Pack your item securely
Attach your prepaid shipping label
Have your package ready during the selected pickup window
Can I reschedule or cancel my Pickup?
Yes. You can manage your Pickup directly from your account.
If your pickup is still upcoming, you can reschedule it before the scheduled window passes.
If you cancel, you can schedule a new Pickup, or drop off your package at an approved shipping location instead.
What happens if I miss my Pickup?
Once the original pickup window has passed or the pickup is missed, it cannot be rescheduled again. In that case, you can still use your prepaid shipping label to drop off the package at an approved FedEx location.
Why don’t I see the Pickup option?
Pickup may not be available for every submission. Availability depends on factors such as your location and item details.
If Pickup isn’t available, you can still use your prepaid shipping label and drop off your package at an approved shipping location.
Can I request Pickup for a Trade submission?
Not at this time. Pickup is currently available for Buyout and Consignment submissions only.
