How to ship a return:
- Visit the ‘Orders’ section of your account (via desktop or mobile web browser only, not the Rebag app) and click on the order that contains the item(s) you would like to return, then click ‘Return’.
- Confirm the return method and return address and accept our return policy.
- Upon completion you’ll be able to download and print a complimentary return label. You’ll also receive a confirmation email that will include a link to generate the complimentary return label as well as detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Item(s) must be shipped back to Rebag no later than 2 business days after the complimentary return label was generated (as proven by the tracking number).
Note: The label will self void after 2 business days, at which point it can no longer be used. Return packages shipped after 2 business days will be rejected and returned to you.
- After we have received and inspected the item(s) you have returned, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
