Customers with eligible orders shipped to the European Union may submit a request to exercise their right of withdrawal using our online form.
How to Submit a Request?
Complete the EU Withdrawal Request Form and provide:
- Your Rebag order number
- The email address associated with the order
- Your full name
- Any additional information you would like our Customer Service team to review
You will also need to confirm that you want to submit a withdrawal request for the order listed in the form.
What Happens Next?
After your request is submitted, our Customer Service team will review the order and contact you with the next steps.
Submitting the form does not automatically cancel, refund, or approve the return of an order. Eligibility must first be confirmed by our team.
Return Shipping Costs
If your request is eligible and the order has already been fulfilled, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the item, where permitted by law and as disclosed in Rebag’s policies.
