Rebag accepts U.S. returns for a full refund if the return is requested online through your Rebag.com account within 7 days of in-store purchase or delivery of an online order (as proven by the tracking number). Initial shipping costs (if any) are nonrefundable, however no return fees apply for Rebag+ members. In all other cases, a return fee per item applies:

To be eligible for return, items must be in the same condition as originally described on the product page, have the original Rebag tags attached, and ship from a US address. Rebag does not accept returns in stores, regardless if it was an online or in-store purchase, as all returns have to be shipped to our warehouse for inspection and processing.
Return Restrictions
- Rebag monitors all customer return activity. For customers whose return rates are greater than 30% in a 12 month period, return fees will be doubled and additional restrictions, including the right to purchase, will be implemented.
- Rebag cannot accept international returns. If an international package is returned to Rebag, please note you will be responsible for all incurred fees.
- Rebag return policy does not apply to Outlet items. All Outlet items are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
- Rebag is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of your returns while they are in transit until the moment they are received and inspected by Rebag (and we confirm the item(s) are accounted for and in original condition).
